Its a 15-30 min (depending on traffic) Taxi ride from Terminal 3 NAIA Airport to La Verti Residences! Pay the 35 Peso extra for Skyway (Fast Highway). Near to LRT1 (Gil Puyat Station). 2 min walk Walk 3 minutes to Mc Donalds and you can ride the green tricycle for 20 Peso to Mall of Asia (fastest and cheapest option). The space The apartment is brand new and fully furnished with new LG Aircon, LG Smart TV (Netflix), Samsung Refrigerator with 2kg Ice maker. The double bed from IKEA with good matresses also IKEA can be transformed to a single bed during the day to save space. The other matress is also from IKEA. Can be used as Sofa during the day. We recommend to stay as a couple or a family with max 2 kids or 3 adults. If you are easy going, the max. is 4 adults since the second IKEA bed is only 140x200 cm The pool has a dimension of 30 meter x 10 meter. There is a hairstyling salon, massage, manicure, pedicure, small grocery store inside the building. Guest access There are guards at the entrance. You have to show them the booking. We will get in contact with the staffs before you arrive, so they will let you in. You have to send us your ID before arrival, for registration at the office of La Verti! Other things to note There is a fee to use the pool! 200Peso = around 3€. The pool is closed on Thursday for cleaning! Weekend: Pool is only for Owners! not for Airbnb Guests! be aware of that!
