PLEASE NOTE: All major holidays ( Local: Apple Blossom National: Christmas/ Thanksgiving/ New years/ 4th of July /Memorial and Labor Day holidays will have an additional $100 fee requested - we charge this flat rate fee rather than raise our prices for holidays. This fee will be requested thru the Airbnb resolution tab week prior to guests arrival. Please note: Stays over 3 weeks will incur an additional cleaning fee . PARKING : Only one car can park in back; any more should park on the street. Park beside the fence on the right, not in front of the garage door or by the stairs.
