Cozy accommodation, classified 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation, at the foot of the Granon road and 700 meters from the ski area and shops. Comfortable 35 m² apartment plus a sleeping area on the mezzanine. You can also enjoy a 20 m² terrace in front of the accommodation with dining area and barbecue as well as a swing in the backyard at the bottom of the accommodation. A parking space is assigned to you in the driveway of the building. The space The apartment is fully equipped with a living room including kitchen area with dishwasher, induction stove, large fridge with freezer space, as well as all appliances. A self-programming pellet stove, with pellet bag provided, will give you a warm atmosphere around the dining table or on the sofa bed in front of the TV. The sleeping area is located upstairs on the mezzanine with a double bed and 2 single beds (please note, the 2 single beds are under the sloping roof). In the bathroom, you will find a large shower for more comfort, a heated towel rail that heats the room and a washing machine. You also have an entrance hall that gives you room to leave your stuff. A Cabigi is available in winter to store ski equipment at the bottom of the apartment. And in summer you can leave your bikes in the closed backyard under a shelter. Finally, a 20 m² terrace in front of the access to the apartment will allow you to enjoy the sun in the summer with a dining area and barbecue. A swing is available downstairs from the apartment in the backyard. Guest access You have a parking space in the driveway of the building that gives access to the backyard that leads to the apartment and its terrace. Other things to note In winter you have a free shuttle every 30 minutes that takes you to the ski area and shops. The shuttle stop is directly in front of the building. The rest of the year, a bus stop 50 meters from the accommodation allows you to travel to the other villages in the valley. Warning, low ceiling apartment (193 cm) with a sloping mezzanine, the staircase to access it is quite steep.
