Our hot water is also powered entirely via solar - so you can rest easy knowing you're doing your bit to help the planet out. Rooms come stocked with fresh bottled water, tea & coffee - alongside recyclable cups so that you can start your morning off right. Any other amenities you might need are minutes away from your doorstep. With 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes away, and even more coffee shops, surf shops, pubs & bars - you'll never be short of things to do. Guest access Right in the heart of Newquay, Sea Bed is surrounded by huge car parks. Whilst street parking can be a little busy (especially in the summer months!) there are ample spaces in the many designated parking areas. To access the property - guests use the Yale app to receive a custom code to the front door, ensuring only those that need access, get access - no need to worry about security! Upon booking, you'll receive a full instructional guide on our property and the surrounding area. During your stay Hiya, I live at the property with my small family so am always around if you need help in any way or advice on things to do and see. Do not ever suffer in silence!! I am 100% approachable and see it as my duty to ensure your stay is pleasant so anything bothering you let me know. If your ever bored for things to do Newquay has a myriad of walks, events and water sports either on, in or under the sea as well as hidden gems around the area. Personally I sea swim, paddle board and snorkel normally everyday so if you want to tag along just ask, always welcome the company. As mentioned I have a family so I am not sat in the property all day but do use a modern hand held device you can get me anytime. Hope to see you in the summer of 2023!!
