We try our utmost best practices to keep the indoor and outdoor spaces clean and use the most effective pest control. Please be mindful the hot tub and pool is maintained best of our ability since it’s open area there could be debris found frequently. And it’s hard water directly from the well so you will find calcium deposits in the hot tub which is naturally occurring and with the best filtration system there is nothing more possibly we could do but rest assured the water is sanitized and clean.
