Large house in the countryside, 10 minutes from Saintes where all the shops are located. You will be quiet, in contact with animals, 2 dogs living in the house. The space 2 private rooms available: - one 14 m2, with a 160 x 200 queen size sofa bed, 18 cm thick memory foam mattress. Office space to get work done Baby crib available if needed - the other 17 m2, with a 200 x 200 bed that can be converted to an ultra king size!!! You will have access to the bathroom and dry toilet right next to your rooms. Fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal. We sleep upstairs and have our bathroom and toilet upstairs, but we use the ground floor with kitchen and living room as usual! Enjoy billiards, foosball, darts and swimming pool in summer BEWARE OF MOSQUITOES IN SUMMER, MAKE YOUR ARRANGEMENTS!!! TAKE FANS ALSO FOR THOSE MOST SENSITIVE TO HEAT... In winter, USE HEATERS in moderation. Maximum temperature of 18/19°. Heating off as soon as you leave the accommodation.
