Immaculate Guest Suite in the Heart of Greensboro!

*Listing is available for 30 days or longer on a case by case basis. Less than 30 day rentals are not allowed. The room with private bathroom has everything you need to feel right at home. It has a new comfy double bed, Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and a 43" TV with streaming services and wi-fi. The area is perfect for taking a walk or biking. Bikes are not included in the rental, but may be stored outside. The space The home is a cape style with 2200 sq. ft. in a convenient suburban neighborhood. There are many stores and restaurants just around the corner, and downtown Greensboro is only 15 minutes away and Winston-Salem 30 minutes away. Parking is in a designated spot in the driveway where you will always have access. I reside in the home and have a small dog and a cat. Both are friendly. Guest access Although there are appliances for your convenience in the room, the kitchen is available if needed for meal preparation. During your stay I reside in the home, so I am available anytime while at home and by phone when away. Please remember that I cannot offer storage of any kind except for your clothing and your personal hygiene items. Everything else is available that you should need, so I suggest packing lightly so your room will not be so crowded. Storage companies are listed in my guidebook if you are coming to the area to look for permanent housing and are bringing additional items. Other things to note There are several grocery stores less than a mile away and local farmer's markets within driving distance. Also, a large shopping area called Friendly Center is about 10 minutes away with specialty shops, restaurants, and a movie theater. Additional dining and entertainment are located in downtown Greensboro about 15 minutes away and close by in towns such as Highpoint, Kernersville, and Winston-Salem. The new Tanger Center for performing arts in Greensboro brings Broadway shows, musicals, and concerts to the area. There are several wineries nearby to explore and both mountains and beaches are located within a few hours drive.
