Modern villa in the countryside on the outskirts of Berlin

A villa in the countryside and close to Berlin could be your home for 3 weeks! We are on the way from 4th - 24th of April 2022 and our house would be happy not to be alone during this time :) If you want to experience Berlin, but don't want to do without a real holiday feeling in the countryside with breakfast on the terrace, sauna evenings and long walks in nature, our very quiet and comfortable villa is the right place for you. The space Our 275sqm villa is slightly elevated at the end of a 3,500sqm plot with old trees. Built into a hillside, it opens up to the south with large windows and sliding doors leading onto the terrace. From there you can see the treetops and a nature reserve right in front of you. On the lower part of the property is a small soccer field with goals, two basketball hoops and a trampoline (use at your own risk, of course). Inside it is very elegantly furnished, with a Bulthaupt kitchen, walnut parquet flooring throughout the house, rain showers and underfloor heating. In the upper area there is an approx. 70sqm large, open living room with kitchen, dining room and living room, which reaches a ceiling height of 4 meters at the front. From there you can also access the side terraces. This is followed by a bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a double bathtub. On the lower level, where there is also the entrance and a carport for the car, there is a guest bathroom with shower, a sauna with bath, bathtub and rain shower, a guest room and two youth rooms (which are not available for use) Guest access The whole house can be used, except for two youth rooms. Other things to note The house has some special features, such as sliding doors that can be opened specially and a drinking water system from which drinking water, chilled drinking water, sparkling water and boiling water can be taken.
