This is a spacious apartment for a studio. I like to call it a double studio in that upon arriving to the top of the staircase, there is an area to the right with a king size bed as well as a seating area and access to your private balcony. To the left of the staircase, there is an area which consists of a kitchenette, a table and a couple of seats and a futon. The bathroom opens out of this area. Apartment has just undergone much renovation. The space The entirety of the attic apartment as described is for guests’ use. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the back yard although it is shared with the downstairs unit.
