See 'Profile' for other listings This private apartment is used exclusively for AIRBNB. This listing is for 1 of 2 bdrms w/bath, kitchen & W/D. 1 of 2 rms- If 2nd Rm Rsvd, kitchen/bath shared. Kitchen is outfitted with cooking utensils, pots/pans, silverware and dishes. High-Speed Wifi for entertainment or work. Each bdrm in apt. has desk/workspace. The apt. is warm, inviting, comfortable. <> We’re doing some upgrades, i.e. new kitchen cupboards, painting, replacing doors, new tile, etc., so there probably will be MINOR evidence of some type of 'work in progress' (an unpainted door or door trim removed etc). Nothing that inconveniences guests &our prices are low. Pets are welcome. Dogs can be walked nearby. Off-street/street parking. Backyard; patio, BBQ grill/fire pit/++seating in summertime. Good for visitors/students/business/healthcare travelers. Guests have access to entire apartment EXCEPT the 2nd bedroom which is listed separately on Airbnb, they have access to their own bedroom, kitchen, bath and laundry rm. There are 3 yards w/seating guests are welcome to use; yard at the front of main house/yard directly in front of apartment or yard that is to the rear of the main house which has 2 patios & BBQ grill accessible in the summer/early fall (mid-late may to early sept). IF GUESTS NEED A STEP-FREE ENTRY ASK HOST FOR THIS ACCOMMODATION IN PARKING & ACCESSING APT. Owners always accessible via airbnb texts. Very limited, if any interactions - but certainly, when possible, if requested by guest. Centrally located-pretty much a 10 minute drive to anything on the edge of town while major destinations-downtown, hospital, grocery stores are abt 5 min. away & one can walk to the the downtown area -it's about 6 blocks . An older, primarily blue-collar working neighborhood. There are some older vehicles/trucks in the neighborhood, some neighbors have as many weeds as they do lawn & some houses in need of exterior maintenance - but it is a safe, neighborhood, conveniently located to highways and destinations & our listing is low priced for the amenities we have. The neighborhood houses date from 30s to 50s. We are within walking/biking distance from downtown, a bike path nearby, the North Platte River & 20 min. from Casper Mountain. One can find a walking/biking path or be on various highways within 5 min. Hospital is 5 min away. Grocery stores are also abt 5Min distance. Convenience store & city bus stop also within walking distance. Centrally located; 10 min from airport, 5 min from bus station, 5 min walk or bike downtown, 5 min. from I25 entrance/exit (at Poplar Street) and 5 min. from WY highway 220 connection and 20min. from Casper Mountain; ski area, camping, fishing, hiking.. Bike trails nearby to either downtown, a trail around the city golf course, or to the North Platte River. There is a City of Casper Bus Stop 2 blocks from the house. Casper has a sm airport & bus station & city bus transportation. Car rental, Uber & Lyft & various local transportation companies avail. *other airbnb guests staying in an upstairs suite may need to use washer & dryer -LAUNDRY ROOM IS A SEPARATE RM ON THIS FLOOR & OTHER GUESTS DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS APT.-They access laundry rm from our back door *We are doing some remodeling & landscaping at the house, i.e. new kitchen cupboards, repainting, replacing doors, new flower beds, etc., so there probably will be evidence of some type of 'work in progress' (tools, materials, etc.) * Long term (over 4 days) Pet fees billed weekly after reservation confirmation; $7 week per pet/ $25/month 1 pet, $40 month multiple pets. - Steps - there are steps at the main entry of the apt & the entry is terraced; there are 4 steps/landing/1step/landing/1step/landing/3steps-see pics -Accessibility; if easier access is needed speak w/owners-there is a covered walkway in the rear with no steps *This is a safe location, well lit, near public transportation & local highways-within walking distance to downtown. It is a blue collar neighborhood, an older neighborhood-there are not a lot of manicured attractive yards here - but ours is & our price is lower than similar listings with the location-near downtown & Interstate is great.
