There are some older vehicles/trucks in the neighborhood, some neighbors have as many weeds as they do lawn & some houses in need of exterior maintenance - but it is a safe, neighborhood, conveniently located to highways and destinations & our listing is low priced for the amenities we have. The neighborhood houses date from 30s to 50s. We are within walking/biking distance from downtown, a bike path nearby, the North Platte River & 20 min. from Casper Mountain. One can find a walking/biking path or be on various highways within 5 min. Hospital is 5 min away. Grocery stores are also abt 5Min distance. Convenience store & city bus stop also within walking distance. It is a blue collar neighborhood, an older neighborhood-there are not a lot of manicured attractive yards here - but ours is & our price is lower than similar listings with the location-near downtown & Interstate is great.
