Botanical Beauty Magnolia Room

Stay in the center of the city in this spacious and unique house with expansive cultivated gardens that bloom year-round. 4 old growth magnolia trees, rhododendrons, azaleas, long list of botanicals all throughout the yard cultivated by prior owner who owned a nursery. Please see House Manual and House Rules prior to booking. The space has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom, and back yard. Laundry is available *on request* with priority given to cleaners and residents. The space Your room is down the hall past the restroom, straight at the end of the hall. Living room, kitchen, bathroom, bay window seating areas, yard, garage Guest access Please check out the expansive backyard, feel free to use the living room TV, and sitting area nooks are great for reading! During your stay We have our dedicated team ready to respond to any needs you have via message in the app, the host is available for emergencies via the messages or phone if need be unless already on-site. Other things to note There will sometimes be someone at the house though also not. This may be the hosts or other guests who have been shown to be responsible with positive reviews as well. When there’s others there is a well-behaved friendly with people, kids, other dogs, etc husky who will likely be on-site and also a rabbit who is usually outdoors though rarely indoors if it’s below freezing out.
