Such Alteration Requests may be to just change the booked room to a similar room, or upgrade a booked room to a nicer room. Sometimes the Alteration Request does not involve a room change, but simply just an alignment adjustment of our internal booking calendar. We reward your cooperation with a FREE UPGRADE in such circumstances. In the event a room upgrade is not available, we may provide a significant room rate reduction. This allows us to accommodate needed guest extensions or necessary room adjustments due to various situations.
