The space Located on the 13th floor of the Oaks on Collins building, you will be staying in a spacious, light and clean studio apartment equipped with fresh linen on the queen bed, a bathroom with full shower, kitchen area including stove, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle and a sofa bed with additional linen provided for $25pp. Please advise us if you require additional linen for the sofa bed or extra linen/towels during your stay. Guest access Guests will be able to access the 3rd floor of the building which features the Health Club equipped with full gym and sauna. BUILDING FACILITIES: such as a gym or sauna may not be available due to unforeseen events or hotel restrictions and are not guaranteed to be available for use during your stay.
