Conveniently located in the NW suburbs of Portland, enjoy this remodeled book lovers retreat decorated in mid-century modern style. Relax inside or in the private back patio or stroll the sidewalks in a lovely neighborhood of residential single and multifamily homes. Also, it's well located with quick access to the freeway, Intel and Nike, and shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The space This one-level two bedroom house is a duplex, so it has a shared kitchen wall, where the washer and dryer closet is, and is very private. There is one garage, but is not available for use. Parking is in the driveway. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The back yard has a patio with chairs and a table and a bbq grill. It is very private, enclosed except for one small area where the fencing isn't completely closed between the neighbor's back yard. Extras to use during your stay: Keurig with coffee pods and an electric teapot with a variety of teas. Washer/dryer with iron, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Two spa robes. Tower fans, one space heater, and four umbrellas. Please know that bedding and comforters are washed for each new guest stay. Other things to note Pet policy: only one dog under 30 lbs, $60 one time fee. Please note that the back yard is not fully fenced, but there is a metal dog tie that you can add a leash to. Please tell me about your pup if bringing one.
