We are sharing our beautiful vacation home so others can enjoy all that Clear Lake has to offer. Lakefront home with private boat launch. We love boating, swimming, sailing, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, bird watching and more. Located at the "Narrows", the cleanest water on the lake. Spend the day playing on the lake, or peacefully birdwatching on the back deck. 30 day minimum per HOA rules. The space Lakefront home with private boat launch. Spacious 10' ceilings, 36" commercial grade appliances, high efficiency mini-split HVAC units in every bedroom and great room for custom A/C or heating control. Sweeping 180 degree views of Clear Lake. The most amazing sunset views. Private boat launch and access to the lake. 2 person sit top kayak, stand up paddle boards, and life jackets available for use. Guests are limited to bringing one boat per group. The garage is full with storage and not available for parking, driveway parking is available. Please note: Clear Lake is a natural eutrophic lake and full of life. Please know that with all this beautiful wildlife comes seasonal blooms of the Clear Lake Midge ("Rice Flies") and algae in the lake. The Rice Flies look like mosquitoes but have no mouth and do not bite, but can be a nuisance. Please research prior to booking and call me if you have any questions.
