SPACE! The space Spread out in one half of my split floor plan including a hall, with your bedroom and your office and your bathroom. Your bedroom, decorated in Coastal Elegance, overlooks the RockGarden & Oaks, Magnolias, Camillas, Wisteria & more. In your 2nd room, you can work with unlimited internet, make coffee at the Coffee Station, fully stocked, eat your meals, read, do yoga, play cards, etc all while enjoying the view of a giant Oak, Crepe Myrtles, Maples & more. Ideal for remote workers. Between the two rooms is your private bathroom. (Pics show carpet, but new laminate flooring was installed in December, 22!) The back porch looks over a backyard filled with towering Oaks, Magnolias, fruit trees, grape vines, Loquats, and more. Absorb the Florida warmth relaxing on the porch with a beverage. If yoga is your thing, I have a yoga mat for guests, which you can use on the back porch or in the sitting room. Feel free to warm up food in the microwave in the kitchen. The stove is not available to guests. But you are welcome to store food in the refridgerator use the kitchen table. You are welcome to enjoy the view from the kitchen window while enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner if you feel social! I have been known to prepare a cup of gourmet coffee with my own special Maple Sugar Foam for guests. Guests use the front door while I use the Garage entrance. It's a shared place, and I am always available for your needs, but I am often out and about on my own adventures. My specialty is hospitality in a peaceful, quiet, convenient and SPACIOUS environment. Guest access You will enter by the front door and have access to the kitchen and your "suite" of rooms on one side of the house. The porch is a lovely space to enjoy the Florida foliage and your cup of java or a meal. When I am home, I will be on the other side of the house, and will enter and exit through the garage. During your stay After staying in many Airbnb's, and loving the connection with people and the glimpse into neighborhoods in each town I visited, I decided to become a host myself. My goal is to provide a homey, pleasant, ROOMY and functional space for you to inhabit while you vacation or get to know the area, or wait to close on your house, or ... whatever. I took all my experiences at Airbnb's and have created a private, spacious environment that I myself would have loved to stay in while traveling. A "split" floorplan is ideal for what I want to provide my guests. Although you will be "sharing" a part of my house with me, you will have privacy and space for optimum comfort. With the "suite" I have created for guests, you will have the option to converse and get some tips on local activities, etc, out in the main area of the house with me, or, utilize your 2nd room which is set up with Coffee Station, work table and chairs in a clean, bright and cheerful setting. I even have yoga mats for guests which can be used in either room or even on the back porch. I welcome your suggestions for how I can make Pru's Place even more comfortable and convenient. Other things to note I occasionally will accept a longer term rental and limited use of other amenities. Please feel free to write and tell me your circumstances and dates with your request.
