Sandpipers is the perfect choice for a relaxing family escape within the glorious Devon countryside and close to the breath-taking North Cornish coast. Sandpipers is a pretty, upside-down holiday cottage adjoining the owner’s farmhouse. The cottage has two cosy bedrooms downstairs and a light and modern open plan kitchen/living space upstairs. With its own private garden and deck, you can enjoy a lazy breakfast while making plans for the day ahead. The space Sandpipers is the perfect rural family/friends retreat within Devon and close to the breathtaking North Cornish Coast with many stunning dog friendly beaches. One of the three delightful holiday cottages at Little Derril, this pretty upside down annex sits opposite our orchard and fields next door to the owner's Farmhouse. Sandpipers is on 2 levels, both bedrooms are on the lower level , a double bed with dressing table and a bunkbed. The family bathroom is opposite in the hallway. Upstairs you have a Birds Eye view across most of Little Derril with an open plan kitchen/dinning, lounge area. Guest access As well as your enclosed garden space you are free to enjoy walking around our 10 acres. There is a paddock and large field to watch the sunset in as well as exercise your fury friend, or just relax with a picnic in the sunshine listening to bird song. Other things to note Sandpipers will comfortably allow 2 medium/large dogs or 3 small dogs. Sandpipers has fast Fibre WiFi.
