The space In our house you will find the ideal accommodation for when you visit the city with your family or group of friends. Warm and cozy rooms to make you feel at home. In addition, the common areas and the terrace offer an incredible view of the city. Guest access In our accommodation, we have arranged the bedroom area for our guests in such a way that it is totally independent and private from the rest of the house. In this area, we have a terrace that has a dining room where you can find some basic items such as a mini fridge, microwave and hot and cold water dispenser for our guests to use as needed. The rooms are located on the third floor of the house, and to access this area you will need to climb several stairs. During your stay Our accommodation is self-contained. Before your arrival, I will contact the guest to give you all the instructions for your stay, including the door keys so that you can enter the house and the rooms, the location of the wifi keys, and a video showing the route from the pedestrian door to the third floor. Throughout your stay I will be available for any needs that may arise, so you can contact me at any time. Other things to note •Alcoholic beverages should not be consumed in common spaces or rooms. •Place garbage inside the corresponding garbage cans •The house does not have a kitchen for guest use •Parking is located next to our house. It is open and we have 24/7 surveillance cameras. •The hallways and dining room/terrace are common spaces available to all our guests, so we ask you to respect the basic rules of coexistence for a better experience for everyone. •Remember that each room has a maximum capacity of people, and in total the capacity of our accommodation is for 20 guests, in the case of exceeding the number this has an additional cost, which will help us cover the additional values that this can generate.
