New condo, nestled in the heart of Montego Bay, steps away from the famous Hip Strip, beaches, nightlife and restaurants, yet tucked away in a serene corner away from everything. Welcome to Chatham Grove Studios your Jamaican home. If you’re looking to enjoy the authentic Jamaican culture stay here and take control of your Jamaican experience. The space Vaulted ceiling, one bedroom, 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed, full kitchen, full bathroom and closet space. Everything is to your comfort, warm water, flat screen TV, ceiling fans, AC , dedicated work space and a beautiful garden view. You won’t be disappointed. Guest access We are in walking distance to the main attractions, 2 minutes from Dead End beach, 10 minutes from Doctors cave beach, 15 minutes from The Pelican restaurant, and Margaritaville. 20 minutes from Harmony Beach Park and 3 minutes from the grocery store. Local taxis are just steps outside your door and Juta taxi services are available at the the airport. Rental car companies are also available at the airport. We are about 5 minutes drive away from Sangster international airport. Other things to note The building has a private parking lot. Due to the amount of stairs, it is NOT recommended for those who have challenges with stairs. Please note we do NOT replenish toiletries. Check-in time is 3 pm Checkout time is 11 am Early check-in or later checkout requests will be considered 24 hours before check-in and checkout date. Approval is subject to availability and a fee of US$ 15/hr. We can store luggage in the hall should the condo not be available. We do not offer taxi service from the airport but there are Juta taxis available at the airport. Juta taxis are Certified Drivers, licensed by the Jamaican Tourist Board. They charge $20. Our AC is eco-friendly. There is a motion sensor and an AC controller which will detect motion and shut the AC off when no one is in the room for over 20 minutes or when windows and doors are open. The TV is streaming only. HBO is available.
