Water-front cottage contains a master bedroom, a full bath, kitchen, living room, and dining area. Newly renovated detached bunk house has one full-size bed. New lighting and skylights allow plenty of sunlight to brighten the interior of the bunk house and cottage. This is a NEW airbnb listing. The space The cottage is only 15 feet from the water. The typical Maine cottage has been restored with v-match knotty pine throughout. The vaulted ceilings have Velux roof windows that brings in a lot of light. The private bunk house is separate and also has also been restored. The 120-ft. deep pond has excellent fishing for bass, lake trout, salmon and white perch. Guest access Toddy Pond Cottage is a wooded 1-acre lot with sufficient parking for several vehicles. The cottage is 15 feet from the pond Other things to note Cottage is rented on a weekly basis. Guess may arrive anytime after 3 pm on Sunday and must depart by 10am on Saturday. One pet of 20 lbs. or less is allowed and a one time pet fee of $75.00 is required.
