Relax in three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with memory foam beds and smart TVs that provide access to all streaming channels. The living room features a 55-inch TV with full cable and all streaming services available. Two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower accommodate your needs while inviting outdoor spaces allow you to dine and unwind under the stars. We provide a Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, cream, sugar, and stevia, along with essential items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Pantry items like salt, pepper, and various spices are also included. Additionally, small bottles of Aveda shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available for your convenience. For your beach days, we have beach towels, boogie boards, wakeboards, floats, two beach tents, and beach chairs available. We load all our beach supplies and chairs onto the golf cart and drive to the beach entrance just down the street from our house. Parking is available in the circle. The neighborhood is very safe, day and night. We have Xfinity cable, YouTube TV with all channels, Netflix, and most streaming apps. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted access to the entire property, including free parking and the exclusive use of a 6-person golf cart! Complimentary beach cruiser bikes, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and heating ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy hassle-free self-check-in with the convenience of a keypad. House rules reflect our commitment to a peaceful, mature environment. Parties are prohibited, and you must have a driver's license to drive the golf cart. Regular trash pick-ups keep our sanctuary pristine. So that you know, smoking is OK outside only PET POLICY We welcome well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing more than one pet. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per pet per stay will be charged for guests with pets. Pets are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your pet bedding. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PET and take care of it properly. Waste disposal bags, pet wipes, pet stain and odor cleaner, and Resolve spray pet carpet cleaner are provided. After you clean the stain, spray the Resolve carpet cleaner on the spot and leave the Resolve cleaner on the carpet. Registration Details GVR-08155
