Quiet but close to everything including Valenciennes. The space Main room: fully equipped kitchen, high table/4 seats, desk, 3-seater sofa (convertible 140 x 195), coffee table, connected TV with Netflix, small desk/adjustable chair with lamp. Internet (high speed: Orange fiber). Bedroom: bed (140 x 190), 4 pillows/duvet, sheets, 2 closets (1 with wardrobe), 2 wall lights with built-in shelf/USB port. Shower room, toilet, sink/mirror, towels, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes rack/pegs. Ironing kit (if needed): small ironing board and iron. Cleaning kit (if needed): sponges, household products, broom, dustpan, mop/microfiber broom, cordless vacuum cleaner... Baby kit on request: baby bed, highchair, children's dishes, potty or toilet seat reducer. No smoking in the apartment. Small covered terrace (shared) located just in front with a table and 2 seats. Parking: Free parking space in private courtyard (access via a gate with digicode). Nearby: Excellent typical fry shop of the North (less than 600 m), bus stop (150 m), pharmacy (600 m), food/bakery (800 m), tram station (1.1 km), Mont Houy University (1.5 km), cinema/skating rink/restaurants (3.7 km), Valenciennes city center (5.3 km). Everything is accessible via tram and/or bus. Quérenaing/Valenciennes bike path a few meters away. Close to Lille, Paris, Brussels highways...
