Townhouse with traditional flair

The house was built in the 1950s, but completely renovated in 2019 in terms of floors and sanitary facilities. The spacious terrace in the garden invites you to relax. A pool is available for shared use after consultation. Sleeps up to 9 people in total. 6 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet. The space The living rooms are comfortably furnished, with attention paid to a few valuable additional 'elements' such as: => Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen, kettle, various spices in the kitchen, baking paper, garbage bags, filter and capsule coffee machine, (capsule not included - but available on request), mixer, detergent => Living room: maps, books about Wels and the surrounding area, hiking maps, game collection, relaxing armchair => Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, washing machine + washing powder, clothes rack, heater, towel warmer-radiator => Terrace: garden table + chairs, umbrella, sun loungers on request => Free Wi-Fi Extra blankets/pillows are no problem. Crib/highchair not provided. The pool can be shared on request. Parties/events are not permitted. The pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm (only on request). The house consists of a first floor, in which there is a living room, dining room, kitchen, storage room with dishwasher, guest toilet. The couch in the living room is extendable and can be used as a double bed. In the living room, a 55-inch TV invites you to cozy TV evenings. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with washing machine as well as four other rooms. One of them is the large 'master bedroom' with double bed and TV. In addition, there is a separate walk-in single room, a room with a queen size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a room with a sofa bed (160 × 200 cm). ATTENTION: Bedroom 2 (see also floor plan) is only accessible through bedroom 3. TVs are available in 3 bedrooms. There is no TV in bedroom 4 (single bedroom). A total of 3 reception cards are available for cable TV. These would have to be exchanged per TV if necessary. 2 bikes can be rented for a deposit of €50/bike. The deposit will be returned when the bikes are returned in working order. Pets are allowed where: => The landlord has a medium-sized dog, which can also be in the garden, which is why dogs must be compatible with other dogs => Dog waste must be removed without exception => Dogs must be tolerant of people, as the garden is also used by the landlord => Bowls for dogs/cats are available on request => Basically, the property is completely fenced Guest access The house is available for exclusive use. Part of the garden can be used in agreement with the landlord, whereby the area of use is limited to a certain part. The terrace is reserved for exclusive use. The pool can also be shared between 9 am and 7 pm upon request. The house has a connecting wing to the second house on the property. A residential unit is currently being built in this. However, the house cannot be entered from this residential unit. Other things to note Wels is ideally suited as a base location for various excursions. You are within 30-60 minutes (depending on the destination) in mountain regions for beautiful hiking or skiing experiences. At the same time, various fairs, exhibitions, events in Wels and the surrounding area can be visited. Linz city center is about 30 minutes by car and about 30 minutes by train. The house is located close to the Wels-Nord highway exit, about 1.5 km from the main train station. Within walking distance you can reach the hospital or shopping as well as a pharmacy in a few minutes. The bus stop of line 1 is right outside the front door. This takes you directly - without changing trains - to the city center or to the main train station. Free parking is available.
