This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop with a central island, and a 50-inch flatscreen TV while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a DVD player for movies and a queen-size pullout couch. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a large flatscreen TV. The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, flatscreen TV, and access to the second bathroom. With the queen sleeper sofa, this home has plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street, the group can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages. The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are five pools and two outdoor pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool, plus two heated indoor pools. On-site, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week and features a Starbucks, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, delicious sandwiches, salads, and pantry items. Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable. Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. Beach Chair Service rentals are available 3/1-10/31. This is not included in this property rental. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 22. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
