Bring just yourself, a significant other, friends, or your whole family and enjoy this serene cottage that sits on the gorgeous Georgia marsh under a huge live oak tree. You are only 30min from downtown Savannah, and a short drive from many local attractions and beaches. Enjoy having it all at your fingertips while simultaneously relaxing in a rural, quiet, and private setting. You’ll have the entire cottage with a large, secluded yard to yourself. There is plenty of room for parking and space for a boat or RV. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The cottage is impeccably clean, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. The couch is a recliner on both sides; it’s perfect for kicking back on rainy days. For your outdoor enjoyment there is a deck, fire pit, two kayaks, and a stunning view over the marsh. Directly across the street is a park with picnic areas, a playground, and a small boat slip. There are larger, deep water boat slips a short drive away. I will be available to offer help or answer questions via call/text. Otherwise, I leave you alone to enjoy your cottage on the marsh. The cottage is private and secluded from the neighboring houses. Walk across the street to the park for a view of Jones Creek, let the kids play on the playground, or put the kayaks in at the small boat slip (do check the tide schedule first, though - water at the park comes and goes with the tide). You are so close to I95, that the world is literally your oyster! Savannah and many of the local beaches are just a quick drive away.
