The space 3 Bedrooms / 2.5 Bathrooms / Sleeps 6 Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals for family and friends, plus there's a dining area for six. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, coffeemaker, crockery, utensils for cooking, food processor, juicer, and more for your convenience. Master Bedroom with attached en suite bathroom has a queen size bed, walk-in-closet, iron board, iron, and extra hangers. Bedroom 2 and 3 include full size bed with closet space. Living area includes sofa, coffee table, electric fireplace, and TV. Our cleaning procedures: For your peace of mind, we follow best practices for cleaning and sanitation: - Disinfect kitchen and bathroom. - Sanitize dishes & flatware in the dishwasher. - Disinfect “high touch” points including: light switches and lamps; doorknobs and handles, keypads; tabletops; cabinet and dresser knobs; electronics and appliances. Laundry & Cleaning: - Washer and dryer are available, along with supplies (detergent, softener) - Cleaning supplies including vacuum, mop, broom, cloths, and detergent are available to clean up messes and spills. Guest access The entire home is yours to use during your stay with a keyless check-in! The garage and driveway are also available for parking. Other things to note Other perks: - Our Grand River Parks Membership card can be used during your stay.
