A fully furnished 1-bedroom with balcony condo unit located in the business district of Makati (Jazz Residences). The unit is facing the Rockwell / Bel-Air district and walking distance to malls and parks. It has a very good view of the Rockwell fireworks display. The space The space gives you a beautiful night and sunrise view of the Makati skyline. The self check-in also gives the contactless flexibility of getting in and out of the property. Basic needs and equipment are available to provide comfort during the stay. Standard Check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) times are provided as guidance for guests when booking with us. You may inquire through message if early check-in is possible. For same-day bookings, please give us time to process the guest authorization with the condo admin hence check-in may be late in the afternoon. First 2 hours: Php 60 Succeeding hours: Php 20/ hour If parking goes beyond 12:30AM, there will be an additional fee of Php 300 on top of the parking fees above. POOL ACCESS Guests can access the pool using pool coupons with a charge of 150/head/use on regular days and 300/head on public holidays. The coupons can be purchased at the property admin office located at the 2/F. For those booked during weekends and holidays when the office admin is closed, please send a request 3 days in advance so we can process the coupons for you. BUILDING ACCESS The host will require the list of guests' names at least 3 days before the check-in date to process the guest pass. All guests will need to register at the front desk and provide IDs of all guests upon check-in. This is to ensure the safety of the guests and that all persons in the condo are authorized to enter. Other things to note The space can accommodate 4 persons (2 in the main bed, 1 on the sofa bed, and 1 on the bunk bed). There is however an extra person fee for the 4th person. Do not leave trash bags outside the main door of the apartment unit because you will be penalized if you do so as imposed by the condo admin. Follow proper disposal according to the house rules. Let's be considerate of our neighbors. :) For the swimming pool, you may use it for a fee (Php 150.00 for REGULAR days and Php 300.00 for HOLIDAYS). If you wish to use the swimming pool, please let us know immediately as there are requirements.
