Guests who know how to play the instrument are encouraged to do so, otherwise preferred to be left alone and not used. The space Home comes equipped with a full kitchen, and fresh linens. Spacious downstairs adds extra comfort with all hardwood floors and vinyl windows. Retreat to the sunroom/studio located adjacently off the living room to rest and relax. Baby grand piano is available for private use, but encouraged not to be used inappropriately. Staircase leads to two bedrooms upstairs; please take note, stair case has a steep incline; may be difficult to navigate for geriatric guests, and young kids. There is an adjacent room located off one of the two rooms upstairs. Private driveway makes parking easy and convenient with a fenced in yard. Centrally located in the heart of Rochester, makes traveling simple to any destination. Guest access Guests have access to the full house and every bedroom.
