Relax with the whole family, well behaved dogs and cats included! The Pearl Cottage is located on a peaceful and charming street in downtown Monticello. A park with a playground is only a couple blocks away. Eat and shop local for the day. Tallahassee is 30 minutes away, Alligator Point is 1hr 20 minutes. The space Start your day off at the cottage with a cup of coffee! Our coffee bar has four different coffee varieties, truvia, sugar, half & half, and flavored creamers. All kitchen appliances are new as of March 2022! TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with Disney+, and you can log into your own apps too. The cottage is on a very quiet, quaint street. When the weather is nice, you will enjoy using the front screen door or sitting on either of the porches!
