Originally part of a Bank barn, this apartment offers 2 bed, 2 bath, kitchen, laundry and living room. Nestled in the lovely tranquil grounds of a country home, this getaway is close to the villages of Skippack & Schwenksville. This cozy space is perfect for both individuals and families alike, providing an escape for guests on business, or a relaxing home from home experience for guests visiting friends and family, exploring Spring Mount or the local history, parks, trails, shops & landscapes. The space Cozy retreat has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed, hanging space, drawers and bed side tables.  One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the additional shower room is accessible from the main hallway. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room on the convertible sofa.  Guests can dine in the fully equipped kitchen, on the living room dining table or on the private covered deck. Guests can wash, dry and iron clothing in the fully equipped utility room.  TV, books & games are provided for Guests entertainment. Guest access Guests have sole access to Cozy Retreat apartment, it's covered deck and can also enjoy exploring the wider grounds.  Guests have shared access to an outdoor grill, picnic area & enclosed tennis court for tennis, pickle ball, basketball or Corn toss.  Guests are often welcomed by our very friendly free-range chickens, and greeted by our adorable pot-bellied pigs, Hazard & Chip. Other things to note The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and dishes, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge freezer and dish washer. For your convenience an arrival pack of essential provisions such as Tea/Coffee, Milk, Bread, Butter, Eggs will be provided. Towels & Bed linens and Toilet rolls are provided.  Bed linen for the sofa bed, additional pillows can be found in the Living room closet. Outdoor cushions are stored in the utility room along with a vacuum cleaner. Internet access is available free of charge.  The Apartment is equipped with base board heating and central air conditioning controlled by a thermostat in the living room.
