Enjoy a stylish experience in a private room at this 5 star location.There is a main tram stop outside your door. The Queen Victoria markets are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops and Coles/Woolworth/Aldi, RMIT and Mel Uni. You are positioned with the best of The City at your doorstep, 2 stops from the Free Tram Zone. You will have a private bedroom (lock on the door). You may share the common areas with 1 other guest at times. The space The bedrooms are fitted out with wardrobes, bedside table, lamp and single king beds (which are extremely comfy)! The kitchen is fully supplied with a new cooktop, fridge and microwave. The lounge area has a lounge, tv and eating area. There is a balcony off the lounge with views onto swanston street. The guests if utilising the balcony will need to keep the balcony door slightly opened. It’s a great apartment in the most perfect location. The apartment has been painted in the last few months. Guest access There is a tram outside the apartment building door. Also, downtown Melbourne is within walking distance. During your stay I will be there to offer help. Other things to note Also, guests are welcome to utilise the kitchen and store food in the cupboard, fridge and balcony. You maybe sharing the apartment with another guest. You will have a lock on your bedroom door for security.Guests allowed to book long term and short stays.If the guest looses the swipe card there is a $50 charge for replacement and additionally, if the swipe card is left in the apartment and the guest has forgotten to take the swipe card and needs access to the apartment after hours the reception staff will charge the guest $50 to be swiped back into the apartment. Also, if the smoke alarm is activated by a guest the fire brigade fee will need to be paid by the guest. Guests are advised to switch off the heater in their room before falling asleep, also, to keep the heater at a distance from bed clothes when utilising the heater. Guests are advised that if they lock the bathroom door accidentally from inside and the host is unable to enter the bathroom. The guest will need to pay the maintenance fee to access the bathroom door within working hours. The guest will have to pay for locksmith after hours.
