The space The cottage includes a large kitchen/living room with terrace, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and a bedroom with 3 beds (2 beds 80 x 190 + 1 bed 110 x 190), a bathroom/toilet, a cellar, a garage, a parking lot and a large ornamental garden. The owner's swimming pool is for the use of the cottage tenants from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
