This is an airy, spacious, comfortable condo overlooking the 17th green of the Maples at Sea Trail. This is a 3rd story walk up condo. Sunset Beach on the ocean is five minutes away by car. National Geographic recently ranked Sunset Beach among the top 21 beaches in the WORLD. Or bring your tennis or pickle ball rackets, or bikes for all year easy cycle touring in the 2000 acre retreat. The space This is our family's home away from home and we are happy to share it with you. The condo has two separate front doors and consists of a one bedroom (two queen beds), one bath villa, with full kitchen including dishwasher, dining and living room areas, a screened in balcony and a washer and dryer. The adjoining mini suite includes two more queen beds, a full bath, a kitchenette (microwave, sink, and under counter refrigerator), and a combined sitting area and dinette. The condo is rented as a two bedroom, two bath unit. A lockout door separates the two sides. Sunset Beach as shown in the photos, is 5 minutes away by car. The Atlantic Ocean at the beach is kid friendly with shallow wading, and is warm and swimmable from May through September. Sunset Beach is part of what is known in the Carolinas as the Golden Strand and is flanked to the north by Ocean Isle Beach and to the south by Myrtle Beach, SC. The resort includes your access to three signature 18 hole golf courses (greens fees not included) two swimming pools (one with an outdoor hot tub, the other with an indoor hot tub and workout facility). Other on-site amenities include three restaurants, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a self service library. The swimming pools, hot tubs and work out facility are open. AIRBNB National Rule: Parties and Events are not allowed in any Airbnb rental facilities. The golf courses, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are open. The library is open on a limited hours basis. The beautiful Sunset (ocean) Beach is open to the public. The terrain at Sea Trail is gentle and perfect for leisurely walks or biking. Note: The wild life available for viewing at SeaTrail includes deer, coyotes, and turtles and alligators in the numerous golf course ponds. The gators are quick and are not to be fed or viewed up close. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo consisting of the master suite one bedroom with two queen size beds, one bath with full kitchen; and the mini suite with a full bath, two queen size beds and kitchenette. Perfect for a family, two couples, two nurses, or two teachers to share for winter or beyond. Other things to note WIFI is a 5G system providing an excellent opportunity for working remotely. Our Fall/Winter rate of $1990/ month (plus NC lodging tax) for stays of 28 days or more, includes all utilities (electricity, WIFI, water & sewer) and You Tube TV.
