Close to Beach and New York City

Access to New York City with one train ride. Walking distance to Beach. House located close to town, shopping, bus route, train and beach. One room on first floor. I love my town because it has many great restaurants and is close to New York City. The space All female household; prefer females or gay guy. I do allow one pet; albeit, I have 2 dogs and cats (indoor/outdoor) in my house. My house is on a hill so please take that into mind when wanted to rent. (Gentle incline but many stairs.) During your stay I work part-time so I will in and out throughout the day.
