~small footprint -12x24 + bathroom 12x10 & very livable with an extended deck! It's quaint & "country". Whilst isolated, you can walk to a lake & the Chattahoochee River, go kayaking, tubing or climbing. "German" town of Helen is only 12 miles away. And at 3 miles, you have the great Yonah Mountain Winery, or the Dollar General! Discover a unique underground storm shelter / catacomb., & visit with 2 outdoor cats -not for those with allergies... So come to relax, imagine & be surprised. The space To save your time & mine: don't book if you are spider or germ phobic or are insecure with anxieties. And on this mountain slope I cannot cater for the disabled. Also, if you have no regard for human history -specifically Christian, then also, don't book. That being said the property of 1.5 acres, promises adventures & some very unique attractions for the peaceful & inquisitive personalities -that only seeing is believing! Guest access You're free to roam both property and neighborhood -just informing the concerned elderly you may meet, that you are my guest! Other things to note I got worms & rods / poles -you do the fishing. I also have exercise equipment that you can share & two Kayaks to use anytime -on the nearby lake or river Chattahoochee. Table tennis is offered too, as a shared facility.
