Cloud No. 7
Description
I offer my guest room with private bathroom in my apartment in Schöneberg. The apartment is located between the subway stations Nollendorfplatz and Kurfürstenstraße and it is virtually a room with a view on the 7th floor of a new building. With a view towards the Tiergarten, the approx. 12 sqm quickly feel like Cloud No. 7. Equipped with a 140cm bed, desk, plenty of storage space and the private guest bathroom (with bathtub), it is perfect to relax, no matter what you experience in the city. The space The accommodation includes a guest room (12 sq m) and a separate bathroom in my apartment (105 sq m). The kitchen and dining area are available for guests to prepare and eat meals and are otherwise reserved for the host. The living room and terrace are generally more private. (Further information can be found in the house rules) Guest access You will receive your own key immediately upon arrival. I will be home when you arrive to open the door. Downstairs, the door opens automatically after ringing the bell. Please don't push and pull, as this will block the mechanism for 30 seconds (I don't know who had this fantastic idea). Later, it is important that the door is only opened with the automatic system, for this purpose there is a lock in the building wall to the left of the door from the outside and a large handle inside when exiting, in the entrance area next to the mailboxes. When used manually, the door remains open. During your stay During the day I usually sit at my desk in my room at home and work from there. You can contact me at any time if you have any questions or need further information. Other things to note I have a dog, a very exuberant lady called "Bonnie". She is happy to have any change in my company and will greet you at the door with a present every time. You are free to greet her or ignore her, but she is still happy every time you come home. "Bonnie" is an Alphaha Blueblood Bulldog, an American Bulldog. Please be a little careful, as she likes to give headbutts with her hard head out of high spirits and probably not knowing how powerful she is, so please keep it up, as it can be painful. Guests who may visit me a second or third time will definitely remember "Eddie", one of the most lovable dogs ever and above all very chilled. Unfortunately, Eddie left me in January and decided to play with all the other dogs on the other side of the rainbow bridge. He left a big gap in my life and I am sure that every one of my former guests would understand that. I hadn't planned to fill the gap so quickly, but when a lovely lady loses her home, you just can't help it and so "Bonnie" moved in with all the girl stuff in February and has been the princess of the house ever since :) Registration details 07/Z/AZ/012257-22
