Located in a quiet building with a pool and close to shopping areas, beaches and places of interest. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay; fiber optic WiFi, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and hot water. Parking is private and is inside the building. The space The accommodation is cozy, comfortable and bright with a beautiful ocean view. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a comfortable work table. It has a dining room, a living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom equipped with towels, toiletries, and hot water. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, blender, microwave, coffee maker, basic cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, and others. It has a panoramic window where you can enjoy the sunrise, sunset, and the blue hues that this Caribbean Sea Island offers. The apartment has drinking water, fiber optic Wi-Fi, streaming TV, books, interior furniture, and more. It has central air conditioning throughout the apartment and a 500-liter water tank. It can accommodate 1 to 3 people. Guest access There are different spaces where you can enjoy and relax. In the apartment's outdoor common areas, there is a swimming pool, green areas, a children's playground, and the beach. A few minutes away from gastronomic areas, an area of interest and recreation, wineries, a shopping mall, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The building is on the beachfront Parking is private and free. Other things to note - Maximum capacity 3 people (including children). -The guest identification will be requested prior to arrival to allow entry into the building. - Check-in is between 1:00pm and 8:00 pm (1:00 pm to 8:00 pm), after 8:00pm (8:00 pm), has an additional cost of 20$, and has to be previously agreed. -If you want to arrive earlier (subject to availability) Early Check-in can be made between 9:00 am-13:00 (9am to 1pm), for an additional cost of $15. Previously agreed. - Check-out is at 11am, if you want to do a Late Check-out (subject to availability) and with a limit time 6:00pm (6:00 pm) the cost is 15$. Previously agreed. -The apartment is fully functional, but electrical outages and faults can occur in the contracted services that harm us and are foreign to our will. We DO not have a power plant -The Water cycle is every 2-3 days that supplies the internal tank of the apartment. -Guests must comply with building and pool rules. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled, the money will not be refunded and there could be penalties. -The utensils and furnishings that are located inside the apartment are for exclusive use and should not be taken from the property. In case of misplacing or causing any damage to an object or in the apartment, you must replenish it or cover it with 100% of its value. -No smoking allowed inside the apartment. -We provide private vehicle service with driver, car rental, guided tours to places of tourist and gastronomic interest, airport transfers and more... -For no reason are refunds made after the cancellation policy date has passed. In case other booking dates could be coordinated (subject to availability) - Only small pets are welcome.
