It consists of an entrance to the living area with double sofa bed, TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with large shower, double bedroom, unlimited WiFi, and air conditioning. The central location will allow you to reach the main city attractions on foot! The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building equipped with an elevator, so there will be no flights of stairs to walk to reach the apartment. The apartment will be delivered with towels and linens/textiles of high hotel standard and single-dose bathroom products, as well as basic products in the kitchen (salt, oil, sugar, tea and herbal teas, coffee). Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment Other things to note Check-ins are carried out in person and by appointment starting at 3:00 p.m. to ensure the best cleaning and preparation of the house. If the apartment is ready earlier, early check-in will be possible. After 11:00 p.m. and until 1:30 a.m., it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of €20 to be paid upon arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option upon request. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. to ensure the time needed to clean and prepare the apartment for the next booking. If there are no incoming reservations, late check-out is possible by 1:00 p.m. at no extra cost. If needed, we provide a luggage storage service upon request in our office in the city center.
