The space Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 20 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 6 spacious bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor. - All bedrooms offer a variety of leisure amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms open up to an attached balcony offering scenic views of the garden. BATHROOMS - There are 6 ensuite bathrooms, 1 common bathroom, and 3 poolside showers. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is an expansive drawing-room on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 20 people. - It is equipped with a music system. It does not have an AC. - There is a separate dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 10 people. - The living room opens up to the verdant exteriors of the home that serve as the perfect respite. - The 30000 sq. ft. manicured lawn is furnished with cosy sofa-style seating arrangements, ideal for an evening spent amidst nature. - Guests can unwind in the attached gazebo that overlooks the peaceful surroundings. - Guests can enjoy a refreshing soak in the private swimming pool that is 12x5 metres in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. - It is equipped with comfortable mattresses for seating and is adorned with twinkling fairy lights, making it a scene straight out of a book. - The first floor of the villa also houses a conference room, featuring a round table and ample seating arrangements. KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery. FOOD - Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Outside food is not allowed. - Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Guaranteeing a blissful riverside getaway, this holiday home hosts a plethora of luxuriant experiences. Within the property, guests can start the day with the sweet bird songs that almost come as a prerequisite here. Play indoor games like chess, carrom, darts, and cards. Take a leisurely stroll on the lush green lawn and breathe in the refreshing air. Enjoy a competitive match of badminton or table tennis. Unwind and relax on the gazebo, or snuggle with a book to read peacefully by the river. Jump in the pool and let go of all your worries. ADD-ON SERVICES - Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. - Please note that bonfire may not be available during monsoons. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. PET POLICY - Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets. - Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area. - In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. - Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area. - As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food. - Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them. - Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The living room is not equipped with an AC.  - There is a friendly dog residing on the premises of the property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 48 hours.  - Mobile networks such as Airtel and Vi work fairly well here. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests are advised to avoid walking along the river and dense plantations at night. - Guests are requested to keep the windows and doors shut during the monsoon, as the property may be prone to bugs and insects. - This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 7 AM to 9 PM. - Wi-Fi is not available at the property.
