***NOTE: For the NFL draft in April 2026, you will be staying in our actual, lived-in space. It will have our personal items, so please be respectful.*** Built in 1910, you'll feel Pittsburgh's history in this railroad-style, cozy apartment! Close to Frick Park & Museum, 2 bakeries, a pharmacy, and many small businesses - a bike ride or walk is the best way to experience this neighborhood. The bedroom has a sliding wood door separating it from the living room for additional privacy. The space Cozy and feels like home the moment you walk in! There is lots of natural light throughout the space and for evenings - pleasant lamps in the rooms. On warm days, enjoy your coffee on the small back balcony and listen to the birds or watch the squirrels play on the huge tree in the backyard! Guest access You are welcome to use the entire apartment, yard, and washer/dryer in the basement of the house. Watch your step in the basement where the floor is uneven. Please do not use or enter the 2nd bedroom in the apartment that is blocked off. It is private. Other things to note Mattress We have a Sleep Number mattress, which means you can adjust the firmness of the mattress. You can choose a different firmness for the right and the left side of the bed by pressing Up or Down on the controls on either side of the bed. Heating and Air Control the temperature in the house from the thermostat on the wall next to the stove. The apartment has central heating. There is a mobile air conditioning unit that will be available for your use during summer months, along with a fan. There is NO CENTRAL AIR.
