The Sunset Bungalow

In our Sunset Bungalow our guest can expect to immerse themselves in spectacular views from just about anywhere in the condo. This cozy little condo features a open kitchen, dining, and living room all with straight facing views of the ocean kissing the sands. The condo has a kitchen complete with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, blender, kreiug coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has a queen sofa couch and tv with Wi-Fi streaming ability. The master bedroom looks straight onto the ocean. The space If you are looking forward to a step back n time to old school florida welcome to the Sunset Bungalow. we have all the amenities without the high-rise and crowds. The Sunset Bungalow Unit 23 is located on a private beach and welcomes guest Year round. We are three miles to St. Andrew's State Park and a mile and half to Schooners and right under three miles straight up the beach to pier park. We walk it all the time. Explore and Enjoy! The beach is so grounding for not only your physical health but nuturing for your soul. Guest access Guest will have full access to the complete condo unit 23. Our guest will also have access to the onsite coin operated laundry facilities, a pool, and two decks one poolside overlooking the Alibi's with live music several nights a week. The other lower deck looks straight out towards the ocean and has a wishingswing, charcoalgrill, andpicnic table. You also have a balcony that overlooks the ocean. We also have four beach chairs you are most welcome to use. We just request you remove them from the beach when not in use and store underneath the steps going up to your unit. If the previous guest didn't request them they may not be brought out. Please just ask the on-site host. They are our personal chairs but you are most welcome to use them. Don't be afraid to pack light. The on-site coin operated laundry only takes 30 to 40 minutes and uses less than 2.00 per machine. There's also a multitude of places, (super walmart, Publix, Dollar General, Family Dollar, the shopping Plaza, Bilo, Walgreens, ect) within a half mile to two miles for anything you or your family forgot to bring or should need. Let us know if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are happy you found the Sunset Bungalow and trust you return year after year! Other things to note We supply sheets and towels. We also supply a starter of TP, paper towels, and dish soap. You will need to bring your own beach towels, and sunscreen. We have 4 beach chairs and gladly will let you borrow them, however please know you must return them back underneath the steps going up to your unit. If they are not out please ask. You also will want to remove them each day by Dusk or the beach patrol will gather and throw away. Please know if you use the beach chairs, you are responsible. Also please note if you use any pots, pans, dishes, and do not throughly clean. You will incurr an additional cleaning charge, so if you want to cook, know in advace dishes must be left scrubbed and clean. Also remember the condo does not allow smoking of any kind in any unit or anywhere on or near balconies. They are extremely ridged on this rule and will ask guest to leave who do not follow no smoking and the no pets, rules set in place for our guests. No smoking of any kind in our unit will be tolerated. No vaping either. There are areas outside on the ground floor for smoking. Also no pets. Guest will be ask to leave without a refund if caught breaking any of the condo association rules. If your unit smells like smoke when you leave, you will incurr extra charges to have the unit deep cleaned and the cost to have a ozone air purifying machine placed in your room. If the unit is rented on the day of your departure and your smoking hinders the next guest ability to stay or check in on time. Airbnb and our management will require reimbursement.
