Luxury and stylish double bed private room with private bathroom in a beautiful townhouse. Hengrove Square Leisure centre, NHS Hospital and South Bristol college are literally next door. Free Trial passes for leisure centre can be made available on request. The space Spacious and stylish brand new room in a former premium Showhome property. Room has a double bed, comfy mattress, side tables, garment rail with ample of storage space and a beautiful study table with a chair. This is one of the best room in a 4 bed house. Ground floor has a kitchen, dinning, a lounge and a back garden. This room is on the first floor and has two windows with views of Leisure centre and the Hengrove park. Next to the room there is a huge luxury bathroom with a bath tub. PS: none of the other bedrooms are rented so you will have your own privacy. Guest access Our home is just next to the biggest leisure centre in the city and very easy to locate. There are lots of free street parking spaces around in case you need one. I will be meeting you on your arrival to provide access and show you around. During your stay You will be Sharing the house with a live in landlord that’s me :) I am an IT professional and a mother working in an IT company in central Bristol. I will be available to offer help throughout your stay. Other things to note Check in and check out times can be flexible on request. There are lots of eating places around within 5mins walking distance. The bus stops are just a minute away.
