Sweetums Guest House is a private, beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath guest house located on 20-acre Sweetums Ranch. Amazing views of Three Sisters and Broken Top mountains from the property, horses,& abundant wildlife viewing. 8 mi to downtown Bend & 12 mi to Sisters. 45 min to Mt Bachelor and mountain trailheads. The space The Sweetums Guest House is a charming, beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, located on our 20 acre ranch, perfect for two couples or a family with two children. The main great room is an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with high wood ceilings, a full wall of windows and cozy wood burning stove. Amenities include a large flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, and games. The kitchen is fully appointed with granite counter tops, microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and tableware. The large master bedroom has a king sized bed with attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and attached full bath with high thread count luxury linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap and hairdryers. Each bedroom has a full closet. Each bath has beautiful Italian ceramic tile and granite counter tops. There is a washer & dryer, with laundry soap provided. Relax on the private patio with views of the natural surroundings. Patio has an umbrella table and chairs, chaise lounge, gas grill and private hot tub with wonderful stargazing at night. The private tennis court is just steps away, as well as a gorgeous solar-heated salt water swimming pool (mid May-Sept). Two tennis racquets, balls and pool/spa towels are provided for guests. The guest house has a large private lawn area and the tennis court just 100 feet away. We are a couple and live in the main ranch house, a separate structure on the property. Our two very friendly labradoodles, four horses and many chickens are also Sweetums residents. Guests can feel free to walk the property and enjoy the views of the Three Sisters and Broken Top mountains and pastures, and from mid-April-Sept, a babbling stream. For your first morning we provide a continental breakfast consisting of scones, yogurt and our own farm fresh uncooked eggs. Guest access Self check in.
