What could be more wonderful than waking up in this cozy and spacious house with direct view of the Lelie mill, on the edge of the cozy village of Koudekerke. Beach, Middelburg and Vlissingen are 10 minutes away by bike. Don't forget the beautiful Veere and Domburg. Cycling and hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. In short: a guarantee for a wonderful vacation. This house has a living room, full kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom, spacious garden and parking on private property. The space The house has its own lockable entrance, access to the hall with toilet (toilet seat reducer for children) and stairs to the first floor. In the cozy living room with central heating and fireplace (wood), TV, free WiFi throughout the house, games, 3-seater sofa, dining table with 6 chairs (high chair available) and plenty of storage space. The adjoining modern kitchen includes: double sink gas stove, extractor hood, combi microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery and plenty of storage and counter space. The French doors give access to the garden with terrace at the back: garden table, garden chairs, pillows and barbecue are available. Via the stairs in the hall, you reach the first floor, with a spacious landing. From here, there is access to three bedrooms, all with their own built-in closet and plenty of windows. Bedroom 1: cozy and spacious, has a view of the mill, double box spring and sink. Bedroom 2: cozy and spacious, on the front garden side, double Auping with manually adjustable foot and headboard and sink. Bedroom 3: cozy and slightly smaller, overlooking the field, double box spring which can also be split into 2 single beds, possibly useful with children. Bathroom: spacious and bright, with sink, toilet, shower/bath Guest access There is ample free parking on our own grounds. There is a bus stop in front of the door: line 53 runs between Middelburg and Domburg, and lines 56 and 58 run between Middelburg and Vlissingen. We have 2 adult women's, 1 adult men's and a folding bike available at the house for free.
