This cozy 25m2 studio renovated in 2022 is called Angel and is located in the heart of Madrid's downtown district. Perfect to enjoy Madrid on foot! Surrounded by stores, cafes, restaurants, markets... it is 100m from Gran Vía, 300m from calle preciados and plaza Callao, 500m from puerta del sol, 1km from the royal palace, 1.5km from the prado museum, 14km from the airport. For 2 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space The building has an elevator that is used with a key, we will leave the key at your disposal in the apartment which is on the second floor, it will be necessary to go up the stairs at that time. As you can see in the photos, our modern studio consists of the following spaces: - A main room with a sleeping area with the double bed, a smart TV hanging on the wall and a small dining table with 2 chairs. - A small kitchen area equipped with the basics - A bathroom with shower - A small balcony overlooking the street Its neat decoration and its great and privileged location in the very city center will make your stay with us one of the best ones. Please contact us for availability :) Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are included. The property has air conditioning through a SPLIT type unit with a hot and cold air pump located in the bedroom area. Good to know about the area Restricted area by car: If you come by car, take into account the new regulations in force, which require you to park your vehicle in a parking lot unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid car. There is a public parking 70m away, parking Barco 1. The nearest metro stations: Gran via at 100 meters and Callao at 200 meters. Several buses that connect to the whole city in Gran Via street. There is a laundry 50 meters away: La Casa de la Colada Gran Via. There is a carrefour express at 30 meters. Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
