Beautiful Villa with Swimming Pool and Tropical Garden

This original and elegant villa is close to all amenities. This is a little paradise right in the heart of the very lively Holy Land neighborhood. You can do everything on foot (or by bike thanks to the electric bikes of the Alter Vélo network available opposite): Lagoon, beaches, city center, shops, restaurants, bars... Saint Pierre is also the ideal base to radiate to all the major tourist sites of the island (the volcano, Cilaos, the Wild South...). The space The house has 3 double bedrooms: A master suite equipped with a 180 cm bed and its own bathroom (outdoor shower and bathtub), and 2 double bedrooms equipped respectively with a 160 cm and 140 cm bed. The 4th bedroom is a TV room equipped with a sofa bed, convertible on request (140 cm bed): There is also a beautiful separate bathroom with bathtub, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room area, a dining area inside and another outside, and finally a large game room (with video game arcade, foosball, billiards, ping pong table and piano) and an office. The exteriors consist of a first garden at the front of the house where the pool is located, a side garden area with a dining table, and a back garden. There is no parking included with the rental. But the neighborhood is safe and the places are free and easy to find nearby. No acts of vandalism have been reported on our vehicles for decades in the area. Guest access Access is via a door with a digicode within a private property. Other things to note The floor of the house consists of another seasonal rental accommodation (Apartment L'Adresse, on the ground floor) whose access is completely independent. Tenants of this space do not have access to the garden or pool. A brief view exists at the entrance and in the garden during their walk up on a dedicated walkway. When tenants are present upstairs, it is possible to hear laughter or lively conversations on one side and the other. All guests are therefore asked to show respect and control their noise level during their stay. The Holy Land neighborhood is very lively. Various bars and restaurants nearby organize concerts or entertainment, and you may hear laughter and music on weekends.
