The space This is a single-family home including the following: Four private bedrooms and Three full bathrooms One big garage converted to a private furnished room to be used as an additional bedroom or office. Two AC units + Two hot water tanks One front port + one patio. Three exterior cameras active 24/7. Guest access Livingroom, kitchen, dining area, front porch, patio, and driveway. During your stay 1) The host prefers all communication to be handled through Airbnb's messaging system, allowing for easy reference and documentation of all interactions. In-person communication should be requested in advance and is not the default method. This approach ensures a clear record of communication and helps with issue resolution, as per Airbnb's policies. 2) Requesting host's or guest's email or phone number for communication should be avoided. 3)To maintain harmony and avoid issues like gossip or conflicts, it's crucial to establish clear boundaries between hosts and guests, and among guests themselves, during guest's stay. This can be achieved by communicating expectations beforehand, being upfront about personal limits, and encouraging open communication. Other things to note * Guests are required to review, understand, and agree to adhere to the house rules provided by the host. * Host may request guest's government-issued ID at check-in for security and identity verification purposes if needed. * Unauthorized guests/visitors are not permitted on Host property. * There are Smart locks with code-based entry for the front house entrance/exit and guest's private room. * Parking is free for one guest's personal vehicle (either car, SUV, or small truck) per reservation but can't be guaranteed. Parking is at the guest's own risk and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. * Unauthorized or abandoned or commercial vehicle is not allowed to park on host property. Host may ask the guests to provide a valid vehicle registration or a rental car agreement showing their name in order to park on host property. * Please note that the washer and dryer are not for Guests to use. Unauthorized use will result in a $10 fee per load. * Host will provide a week's worth of starter supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher detergent. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for longer stays. * Guests must keep windows closed and locked while the air conditioning or heater is running. * The window blinds can be adjusted by rotating the wand. Please do not attempt to lift the blinds fully up, as they are delicate and easily damaged. * Guests are not permitted to move existing furniture, bring in or use their own appliances, furniture, or electronic devices. * There is limitation and rules for access and use of Kitchen (please review the house rules for more detail). * Host has right to decline an early checkout and refund if the guest leaves for personal reasons (not host fault). * Host has right to decline a guest's extension request due to the listing has been updated, concerning about guests' behavior or house rule violations, payment issue, or guest suitability. * This listing has a strict or non-refundable policy meaning that guests are responsible for the full cost of the booked nights, including unused ones, as they've already committed the space and lost potential bookings. Therefore, guests should not expect a refund for them. * Cleaning fee covers the host's efforts to prepare the rental for new guests.
