4 bedroom house 50m to beach, 200m to Surf Club

You've found the one! A large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 living room house with a large deck. The best choice in town for a family or group as the beach is only a 1 min walk or you may want to enjoy a beer on the expansive lawn out the front of the Surf Club whilst the kids play on the sand. Read a book in the sun, have a hit of tennis, take a stroll along the 90 mile beach - you may find you have the whole beach to yourself! Do as much or as little as you like right in the heart of Seaspray. The space Our house is a 1 min walk to the beach - it's so close you don't even need to take your towel! You can simply have a hot outdoor shower when you return. With four large bedrooms our house enables one family to spread out or is more than comfortable for 2 families. The main bedroom has an ensuite. The toilet is separate from the main bathroom. The second living gives you more room to move, in here you'll also find the 'beer' fridge. A gas strut servery window from the kitchen onto the deck - is perfect for serving food or cocktails! There is a hot outdoor shower, a fire pit for toasting marshmallows, bikes, boards and games to keep the kids happy. There is a split system, a wood heater, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Merrimans Creek is perfect for toddlers or children who do not like the ocean. If you have a SUP - bring it! The best bit - going to sleep listening to the waves. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. Other things to note * We'll be really happy if you catch a fish, but please clean them outside! * We like our neighbours - and they like us, don't ruin it for us! * The General Store has great coffee, yummy fish and chips and a few groceries too - but you will need to bring most of your food with you. * There is no petrol at Seaspray - but you won't be driving when you're here - just allow enough to get back to Longford, Sale or Golden Beach. * Please note, please be careful when swimming in the ocean at Seaspray. If you are not a confident swimmer stick to the creek. Swim between the flags if the beach is patrolled.
