The 'Coucou' has just been completely redone (paint, floor, tapestry). It is clear and allows a view of the garden and the courtyard of the Mill. It is equipped with a single bed 90x200 cm with bedside tables, wardrobe, desk and sofa/bed. There is a sink in the room. A 2. person could sleep there. The bathroom (shower, sink, WC) is in common use with the travelers of the other 2 rooms on the floor. Another WC is located on the ground floor. A kitchen equipped with everything and dishwasher allows to cook properly... the dining room has two large tables for a good dozen people if necessary.. just next to the bright living room with views of the garden and the river, equipped with two sofas coffee table and large flat screen TV. There is Wifi in the house. Direct access to the two terraces with garden furniture at the beautiful days. The room can be locked from inside and outside. Breakfast not served so not included in the price, it can be served on weekends and upon request. Grocery store background available, fresh eggs from our hens as well. Sheets and towels are always provided. Guest access Arrivals and departures, as well as access to the rooms can be done independently with a secure keyed box. Parking for 1 car in the courtyard. Other things to note Bed linen, a towel/person and a kitchen towel are provided and included in the price paid online. The beds are made from 2 nights on site. The cleaning is done by us. thank you for undoing the bed(s) while leaving the mattress protector in place. The dishes must be done and put away after each meal, the kitchen kept clean so that everyone will have fun working on it! There is indeed a dishwasher with tablets at your disposal... everyone fills it... happy to empty it and tidy up the dishes!! No pets in the house.
