Villa with pool, just 150m from the beach with dunes located at the end of Oliva beach (Aigua Morta beach) The villa consists of two identical homes one above the other, they are like two apartments, each with an independent entrance from the other. The upstairs has 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 terraces, living room. Downstairs there is 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 double bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 terraces. Garden, pool, and private parking. The space Chalet in a very quiet area with fine sandy beach and dunes, you can find desired tranquility, it is close to the Oliva Nova urbanization,golf course and the equestrian. The house has two houses inside, it has a large 1000-meter lot with large garden , large pool, barbecue and with a large parking area for 5 cars. The house is fully equipped and has A/C in each room and dining room. The Villa is ideal for stays for two families of friends or family, each one has its own apartment with private entrance for total privacy and sharing only the parking , garden and pool areas. On the back of the terrain is the area for tender , with a washing machine and a large area to lay clothes outdoors. It has several access entrances to the villa, the main entrance that can only be accessed on foot is through the large silver-colored gate that takes you to the pool and garden and then a private driveway for the cars straight into the parking lot that gets in from the back through the driveway next to the main entrance. Free WIFI The house has a total of 6 double rooms, 4 bathrooms, two kitchens, 4 terraces, large parking area and large garden area with private pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers and chairs. The house is set up for 12 people. Ground floor: It consists of an apartment with bathroom with toilet, kitchen with dishwasher and fully equipped with kitchen essentials, living room, full bathroom, and three double bedrooms of which one double one is double, another with two beds of 90cm and another with a bunk bed, all with wardrobe and windows overlooking the outside, two terraces, one in front that directly faces the garden and pool and another terrace with laundry room that overlooks the parking lot. First floor: Accessible through an independent external staircase with private entrance, consists of an apartment with bathroom with toilet, kitchen with dishwasher fully equipped with kitchen essentials, living room, full bathroom, and three double bedrooms of which one double bedroom, another with two 90cm beds and another with a bunk bed, all with wardrobe and windows overlooking the outside. It has a large front terrace overlooking the garden and pool and another small terrace with laundry and clothesline that overlooks the parking. The area of the Camí del Vall Nou Playa Oliva, is a very quiet area, ideal to enjoy a few days with a relaxing family and without crowds, in addition the beach is very quiet and family friendly since it has very little influx of people even in summer, you can go at the time you want to the beach and you will always find a place in the front row without crowds of people. In the front row of the beach there is a restaurant and a small supermarket inside the campsite also, it is located near Oliva Nova Golf and the equestrian and there is a wide variety of services such as bars, restaurants, and just 5 minutes by car from the shopping center Portal de la Marina de Ondara, Pego or Oliva for the largest shopping. Guest access The house is rented whole, the garden, parking and pool for the use of the guests in total privacy, the land is all for your enjoyment and being able to park inside. They will be able to enjoy a relaxed vacation with total tranquility, as well as the fine sandy beach that has little influx of people and there is always space on the front row of the beach to be able to put the towel wherever they want, without crowds. There are two surveillance cameras in strategic perimeter locations, which can be deactivated and covered upon request. Other things to note *The stay will be quiet, so we do not accept reservations from groups of people under 25, nor bachelor parties or groups of friends to have parties. It is a house to rest and be with family. No parties or events can be held in the house. *The house upstairs is entered through a separate entrance from the house downstairs, each house has its own entrance but they are the same, ideal for several families looking for holidays together but with their privacy. You can enjoy your stay with complete privacy. The parking, garden, and pool are exclusively for guests. If the keys are not returned or are lost, the cost is €40 per set of keys. Only people staying in the house previously identified are allowed, it is forbidden to host people who are not identified in the reservation, with a maximum of 12 people per stay. Before entering the pool to swim, you should rinse off with water from the hose or outdoor shower, especially if you are covered in sand from the beach. Sand dirties the pool and breaks the motor. It is forbidden to throw objects into the pool , games with water bombs or any object that may hinder the engine of the pool ,in case of motor break due to misuse of the pool ,all expenses will be at the expense of the tenant. Quiet hours must be respected from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM and at noon from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, out of respect for the other neighbors in the area. Remember, it is a very quiet area. Pets of any kind are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances, nor are visits from friends with dogs. You enter from 15.30h and leave on Saturdays maximum until 10.00 am. You have to collect everything in the barbecue , leave it as it was found. The kitchen must be left tidy, the trash taken out, the dishwasher empty, and all dishes and glasses in their place. Everything you take down from the top floor to the bottom floor, tables, chairs, kitchen utensils, must be taken back up before your departure. Upon departure, guests must collect the garbage themselves and throw it away, as well as leave the entire house, terraces and barbecue in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found. They should make way for the pool and garden maintenance person.
